Once you submit the form, I will reach out to you within 24 hours to align on your pet portrait expectations and pricing. Once finalized, LetsCafo will be sending you the payment link to make the painting request official. Once you have had a chance to make the payment, I will get to work to capture the spirit of your beloved pet on canvas. It can take 2 weeks to 2 months to complete a painting based on the painting size , extend of portrait details included etc. You will be notified via email/text message when I undertake your pet portrait request and when the painting is ready to be shipped. The shipment tracking number will also be shared with you. You can relax knowing that the precious artwork of your furry friend is on the way!
At LetsCafo, once the painting is in works, Returns, exchanges and refunds are not possible due to unique custom nature of each painting.
I pack each painting with utmost love and care and use reliable shipping service providers. Under the rare instance where the artwork gets damaged in transit, I offer resolution. This would require a video proof showing that the artwork arrived in damaged condition. So if the package appears damaged, please record a video of you opening the package which captures the state of damaged artwork upon opening the package. Customers' satisfaction with the artwork is a top priority for LetsCafo.
